For older dancers, the class provides additional training with a cross curricular approach.  The fundamental technical structure will  include cardio fitness, yoga/stretch, musical theatre, jazz, contemporary and fundamentals for choreography while also exploring the creative, musical and dramatic sides of dance.  ***please note a variety of music genres will be used for this class. Dance Exploration will take part in YDA’s annual Spring Recital.
